Solicitud de nulidad de la Sentencia C-285/16.
A juicio del peticionario, la Corte se excedió en el ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, en la medida en que sus potestades se circunscriben a declarar la exequibilidad o inexequibilidad de los actos reformatorios de la Constitución, pero en ningún caso a modificar de manera directa la misma, como efectivamente lo hizo al reconfigurar directamente, sin la mediación del órgano constituyente primario o secundario, el alcance del ordenamiento superior, en lo referente a los órganos de gobierno y administración de la Rama Judicial.
Teniendo en cuenta que la nulidad formulada no satisface los presupuestos formales de procedencia, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decide RECHAZARLA.
